Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days after the delivery. Once the returned product arrives back in Youvic's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Please note it is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
How to Return
1. Please contact Youvic customer service to initiate a return with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Youvic will share the return address within 24 hours at our working time.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Youvic with the name of the courier and tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your bank process.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Youvic are covered by 1 year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item after delivery.
Warranty on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranty on products are void after having been fully refunded.

When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Youvic does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
If you need to cancel the order, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours after your purchase. Usually, we will ship your product within 24 hours after you place your order.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you haven’t received your item within 60 days we will refund the full amount of your order. This is longer than usual period due to Covid-19. However, we always decide in individual cases and can make exceptions on this rule.
